Green Party candidate Jill Stein has already raised millions of dollars for recounts — some of which won’t even happen (read the “fools and their money are soon parted” clause in fine print on the donation form). One place where a recount might go forward, with the Hillary campaign’s blessing, is Wisconsin. Like everything else though, the cost is going up rapidly, and Stein isn’t happy about it:

Oh PLEASE let Wisconsin tell her that the cost went up greatly after election officials decided to make sure everybody involved with the recount would be paid a living wage in Stein and Clinton’s honor.

I read Stein’s tweet as “keep those phones ringing, we’ve almost reached that goal line that’ll probably be moved back before too long”:

And if Stein has to keep pursuing a recount to ensure U.S. election integrity until Green Party staffers have at least as many homes as Bernie Sanders, dammit, she’ll do it!
